Whole house, estate or multi-load cleanouts?
Big jobs take several truckloads and a full crew for the day, so they’re priced individually. Fill out the quote form with photos of each room and we’ll get back to you right away with a quote.
What can change the price
Load prices assume items are easy to reach, like a garage or driveway. These can add to it:
- Stairs or long carries from basements, upper floors or backyards
- Heavy items like pianos, safes, gym equipment or appliances
- Heavy materials like concrete, brick, soil or shingles
- Items to take apart or cut down to get them out
Add-on fees
- Mattress or box spring: +$25
- Fridge, freezer or A/C: +$50
- Tire: +$10
- Hot tubs: $600 + dump fee

What we take
If two people can lift it, we can take it
We do all the lifting and loading from wherever it is: basement, garage, backyard or third floor. Usable items are donated or recycled where possible, so less ends up in the landfill.
Send photos with your quote request and we’ll give you a price ahead of time. The crew confirms it on site before loading. If there’s more than described, we’ll tell you the new price before we start.

What we can’t take
Paint, oil, gasoline, chemicals, propane tanks, asbestos and medical waste. Guelph residents can drop these off at the city’s household hazardous waste depot.

We cut it down, carry it out and dispose of it from $600 plus the dump fee.

How is junk removal priced?
By how much space your items take up in the truck, starting at $125 for a single item and $600 for a full load in Guelph. Stairs, long carries, heavy items and heavy materials like concrete or shingles can add to the price. Send photos and we’ll quote ahead of time. The crew confirms the price on site before anything gets loaded.
Is there anything you won’t take?
We can’t take hazardous waste: paint, oil, gasoline, chemicals, propane tanks, asbestos or medical waste. For moves, we also don’t transport firearms, perishables or flammable materials. Please move cash, jewellery, medication and important documents yourself.
Do you need to see everything first?
No visit needed for most jobs. Send a few photos with the quote form or text them to (519) 993-1313, and we’ll get back to you with a price. For bigger moves we can do a walkthrough.
