Our real rates, posted up front. Every job still gets a free quote so you know the total before we start. All prices are before HST.

Pick your crew
Hourly, by crew size. Every crew comes with a truck, blankets, dollies and the tools to take furniture apart and put it back together.
Prices before HST. Billed from when the crew leaves our lot until they return, in 15-minute increments. Jobs in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge include a travel charge.

Price is based on how much of the truck your items fill. Labour, loading, hauling and standard disposal are all included.
A single item, like a chair or a few bags
A couch plus a few boxes
A bedroom set or a corner of the garage
A packed shed or most of a garage
One full truck, like a garage clear-out
Whole house, estate or multi-load cleanouts?
Big jobs take several truckloads and a full crew for the day, so they’re priced individually. Fill out the quote form with photos of each room and we’ll get back to you right away with a quote.
What can change the price
Load prices assume items are easy to reach, like a garage or driveway. These can add to it:
- Stairs or long carries from basements, upper floors or backyards
- Heavy items like pianos, safes, gym equipment or appliances
- Heavy materials like concrete, brick, soil or shingles
- Items to take apart or cut down to get them out
Add-on fees
- Mattress or box spring: +$25
- Fridge, freezer or A/C: +$50
- Tire: +$10
- Hot tubs: $600 + dump fee

Guelph prices shown, before HST. Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge pickups are priced a little higher to cover travel.

Pricing questions
How do you price a move?
Moves are hourly, based on crew size: 2 movers $160/hr, 3 movers $190/hr, 4 movers $210/hr, plus HST. Time runs from when the crew leaves our lot until they get back, billed in 15-minute increments. Your quote gives an estimated number of hours so you know what to expect.
How is junk removal priced?
By how much space your items take up in the truck, starting at $125 for a single item and $600 for a full load in Guelph. Stairs, long carries, heavy items and heavy materials like concrete or shingles can add to the price. Send photos and we’ll quote ahead of time. The crew confirms the price on site before anything gets loaded.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is due when the job is done. We take cash, debit and credit card.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Free with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancelling with less notice may be charged one hour at the quoted crew rate.
